As the President and CEO of Leadership-Link, Dr. Eileen Habelow is focused on improving the performance of teams and team leaders through a fully customized Teams in Motion program, growing leaders through the Leaders in Motion program, and facilitating organizational effectiveness through a combination of custom client services included in Organizations in Motion. Eileen Habelow brings 30-plus years of diverse experience in organizational effectiveness, learning and development, leadership development, team effectiveness and change management. A strategic people development leader, Eileen is viewed as an effective internal and external consultant and change agent, serving in that capacity to Fortune 100 companies.
Eileen has conducted extensive academic research and written critical summaries of the research regarding practices of high performance teams in the areas of team formation, effective decision-making, capitalizing on conflict, communication, and cognitive bias. Her focus is the practical application of empirical research to drive team and team leader performance. In past roles, Eileen was the senior leader of Organizational Development for an HR consulting company where she led a team of business leaders through organizational transformation, culture change, business process improvement, and business strategy.
Eileen was also a Regional Vice President of Recruitment and Operations for the regions of New England and New York. Eileen holds a Ph.D. in Education Psychology from Temple University, a Master’s Degree in Instructional Design from Syracuse University and a Bachelor’s in Social Work also from Syracuse University. Eileen has actively participated in team sports since her youth, including a collegiate field hockey career at Syracuse, where she earned regional All-America status, served as a team captain, and was later inducted in the Syracuse University Women’s Athletics Hall of Fame.
Leadership-Link’s Chief of Staff, Kristen Wheeler, guides day-to-day operations, provides project management, and aligns client’s needs with the Leadership-Link team.
Kristen joined Leadership-Link 2018 following 24 years in non-profit education. Previous roles included leadership level work with Development, Alumni Programs, Board of Directors, the administrative team, and the Strategic Planning Committee. Additionally, Kristen served as the Varsity Field Hockey Coach where she led her teams to multiple state and conference titles, guided scores of collegiate-bound athletes, earned Coach of the Year numerous times, and was inducted into Cape Henry Collegiate’s Athletic Hall of Fame.
Kristen has her BS in Mass Communications, MS in Sport Administration, and completed a Fellowship in Independent School Leadership through Peabody College at Vanderbilt University.
As a British national based in Germany, Tanja is bilingual and has more than 2 decades of experience working with major multinationals as corporate coach, facilitator and communications specialist. In particular, she has extensive expertise across diverse sectors of the pharmaceutical industry and regulatory compliance environment. To complement this, Tanja is also a translator for FDA inspections of clinical trials and biopharmaceutical manufacturing, in addition to designing and leading inspection training for pharma professionals.
Her passion is supporting and driving organisational effectiveness by elevating individual and group performance to extraordinary levels. As a coach certified in Judith E. Glaser’s neuroscientific Conversational Intelligence® (C-IQ) and a consultant for Judith’s institute CreatingWE, this way of being permeates every aspect of Tanja’s work and interaction with others. She blends it seamlessly with agile concepts at enterprise level to help redesign organisational cultures driven from within and built to thrive.
Tanja is a faculty member of Adventures With Agile, the premier provider of coaching and training to unlock agility within organisations. She is the founder and chair of the European Conversational Intelligence® Collective of international coaches and contributing author to their recent publication ‘Changing Conversations for a Changing World’. She is a highly experienced trainer of trainers, dynamic conference speaker and holds a range of coaching and agile qualifications.
Brian Krogh, a lead facilitator at Leadership-Link, is a seasoned speaker and coach, passionate about helping professionals grow in their ability to communicate and lead effectively.
Brian’s experience spans the non-profit and corporate world, including roles as an Account Executive at UPS, Director of Business Development at Physician’s Billing Services Inc., and Pastor at Mount Hope Church in Belmont, MA. In addition to his role at Leadership-Link, Brian is an Adjunct Professor at Boston University’s College of Communication where he teaches public speaking at the undergraduate and graduate level.
Brian holds a BA in Education from Northwestern College and a Master of Divinity from Gordon-Conwell Theological.
Alison McIsaac is the leader of all instructional design and development efforts at Leadership-Link. Alison brings more than 20 years of experience helping organizations maximize workforce effectiveness through effective human resources strategies and employee development. She began her career with one of the top three work solutions companies in the world where she led a team responsible for designing innovative, award-winning on-boarding and training strategies.
Since then she has extensive experience partnering with both corporate and non-profit organizations to develop training and performance support tools using engaging and impactful designs that leverage a vast array of platforms such as eLearning, video, infographics, virtual classroom and traditional classroom.
Alison holds a MBA from the University of Massachusetts, a BS from the University of New Hampshire and a Certificate in E-learning Development from the University of Washington.
Kristen comes to Leadership-Link with 25 years of experience in education. As a language instructor for the past two and half decades, Kristen has worked extensively to continuously improve best strategies to stay ahead of the changing needs and interests of learners.
She values the importance of professional development and thrives on learning, sharing, and collaborating with her colleagues. Through leadership opportunities in curriculum research, Kristen applied her passion for teaching language and exploring culture by leading teams of students in immersive, experiential learning opportunities abroad.
While hands-on learning is key, there are times when that is not possible. In 2020-2021 Kristen quickly pivoted and successfully incorporated cloud-based platforms and distance learning opportunities for her students.
Kristen received her BA from the University of Rhode Island and earned her Teaching Certificate from Loyola College in Baltimore, MD.
Karen is a veteran of the Biopharma and CRO industry with a track record of building and sustaining a culture of innovation and high performing teams in pharmaceutical R&D. Karen’s expertise in clinical drug development was invaluable in her role as the Senior Operational and Strategic Leader for Millennium/Takeda Drug Development since 2005.
Karen is a certified coach for high performing and high potential leaders and an expert program designer and facilitator. Karen’s other areas of expertise include driving strategic thinking for research, development, and program teams; brainstorming; collaboration; influence and stakeholder management; decision-making; meeting effectiveness; team dynamics; and managing the dynamics of external partnerships with academia and industry. Prior to Takeda, Karen spent 20+ years in the CRO sector. Karen holds dual degrees in Nursing and Biology from Emmanuel College.
Dr. Amy Rebecca Gay is a transformational facilitator, mediator, coach, and consultant who partners with individuals and organizations to increase their collaboration, work constructively with conflict, and build teams and relationships. With over 20 years of experience, she has worked in a variety of industries including financial services, bio-tech and pharma, energy, state and municipal government, and non-profits.
Amy Rebecca collaborates with numerous leading organizations, including Leadership-Link, Mobius Executive Leadership, Five Rhythms Consulting, The Mediation Group and UMass Boston’s Center for Collaborative Leadership and has designed and delivered trainings in negotiation, conflict resolution, and difficult conversations. Her specialty is supporting individuals and groups in building and maintaining strategic business relationships, even as they navigate thorny issues. Amy Rebecca earned Ph.D. in social science with concentrations in conflict resolution and women’s studies from Syracuse University. She has served as adjunct faculty at LeMoyne College, Syracuse University, UMass Boston, and Babson College School of Management and is a certified coach from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI).
Dr. Michael Laffin has over 25 years of diverse experience including learning and leadership development, talent management, sales force training and field sales leadership. He has deep experience in the biopharmaceutical industry and has taught courses at Northeastern University, Lesley University, and the FBI Training Academy.
Mike has built Learning & Development functions for several organizations from the ground up, including the design and launch of two corporate universities, three new hire orientation programs and two sales force training teams. He has designed and facilitated multiple leadership development workshops and off-site meetings and has effectively partnered with academic institutions to design and deliver global leadership development programs.
This work has been accomplished at multiple stages of company life cycles including a large global organization with several commercialized products; a mid-sized organization launching its first commercial product; and a small, rapid growth organization focused on research and development.
Mike holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, a Master’s degree in Business Administration, and a Doctorate of Education in Organizational Leadership.
Simon is an experienced CHRO with a demonstrated history of supporting and coaching leaders as they drive business transformation globally. He has a passion for building businesses with purpose and helping leaders grow.
Today Simon works with CEO's and their teams in early stage startups, advising on the build of company culture, leadership teams, and the scaling up of infrastructure to support fast and effective growth. Additionally Simon conducts research on the future of work and the development of tools for companies to effectively manage and engage teams in the hybrid / remote world.
With over 25 years of global HR and talent management experience, Simon was most recently CHRO ofRhythm Pharmaceuticals, where he developed and implemented the company’s HRstrategy to secure the talent, culture and organizational capabilities neededto grow from the clinic to regulatory approval. Simon has also held a widerange of HR leadership roles around the world for Teva, Merck and GM, living and working in the UK, Israel, Switzerland and the USA.
Simon completed his International Executive MBA at the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, has a bachelors honors degree in Management Sciences from the University ofManchester (UK) and is a graduate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel &Development (UK).

AnnMarie Habelow is a PowerBI Developer who specializes in visualizing enterprise-size datasets to maximize data insights.
AnnMarie has a degree in Computer Information and Business Administration and Management from the University of Louisville. Since graduating, AnnMarie has gained experience and growth at healthcare and public utility companies working with data sets in the areas of Clinical, Neuro-Therapy, Hospital Census, Labor, HR, Survey Data, Help Desk data, Finance, and Accounting.
AnnMarie was a division one field hockey student-athlete at the University of Louisville and currently lives in Louisville.
Cathy Rongione has over 25 years of experience in talent management, leadership development, change management and coaching. Cathy has deep experience in both the pharmaceutical and consumer products industries including working with complex matrix global organizations to establish and implement talent initiatives that align with business strategy.
In previous roles, Cathy was the Global HR Business Leader for a global operating unit as well as the global quality function within a pharmaceutical company.
In this role she was a member of multiple senior leadership teams and worked closely with the leadership team on organizational design and transformation, talent strategy and change management. She lead a team of 10 HR leaders located in eight countries to deliver on the talent strategy and drive a strong leadership culture. She also designed and lead a global center of excellence for Talent Management and Development within the US. Cathy has extensive experience in large scale, global mergers and acquisitions. She has implemented several global leadership development programs in R&D, Manufacturing, Quality and Corporate Functions.
As an HR Business Leader, Cathy has also served as an internal coach to leaders at all levels of the organization. Cathy holds a BA in education and extensive education in Organizational Behavior and Design. Cathy is passionate about Leadership development, talent strategy and giving back. She has worked with school committees’ to design and implement strategic plans as well as a non-profit organization to design and implement a leadership 360 assessment for clergy and lay leaders.
