Online Performance Support Portal

After any Leadership-Link workshop, the portal provides online access to all program materials plus regularly enhanced content and resources. All participants gain access to the Know2Grow portal by purchasing a self-paced learning option or when you have Leadership-Link facilitate a program.

Customized Learning Management System

We have designed and developed 20+ online learning programs called LearningBursts (30 minutes or less) and MicroBursts (15 minutes or less) specifically for managers, leaders, and teams.
