Leadership-Link ("Leadership-Link," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to handling personal information responsibly and transparently.
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we may collect, how we collect and use it, when we may disclose it, how long we may retain it, the choices and rights that may be available to you, and how you may contact us about our privacy practices.

5. Client and Participant Information
Leadership-Link frequently provides services to organizations whose employees or other participants take part in Leadership-Link programs. In those situations, the client organization may provide participant information to Leadership-Link or instruct participants to provide information directly.
Depending on the engagement, the client organization may determine certain purposes for which participant information is collected and used. Leadership-Link may act as a service provider, contractor, processor, independent business, or similar role depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
Participant information will be handled subject to the applicable client agreement, program requirements, confidentiality obligations, and law. Participants with questions about information provided through an employer- or organization-sponsored program may need to contact both Leadership-Link and the sponsoring organization, depending on the request.
6. Assessments, Coaching, and Program Responses
Some Leadership-Link services may involve assessments, questionnaires, exercises, coaching discussions, team-development activities, or other participant input. The information collected, who may receive results, and how results are used may vary by program or client engagement.
Where appropriate, Leadership-Link may provide additional instructions explaining how a particular assessment, program, or activity handles participant information. Assessment results or program information provided by third-party assessment companies may also be governed by the provider’s own terms and privacy practices.
Participants should not assume that every response submitted as part of an employer-sponsored program is confidential from the sponsoring organization unless Leadership-Link or the applicable agreement expressly states that it is.
7. Digital Learning, Know2Grow, and Ask AI-Leen
Leadership-Link programs may include access to digital learning and performance-support resources, including Know2Grow and Ask AI-Leen. These services may require account information, participant identification, authentication information, learning or usage data, or information voluntarily submitted while using the service.
Where Know2Grow, an AI provider, learning-management platform, hosting provider, or another technology provider collects or processes information, additional terms or privacy notices may apply.
Do not submit trade secrets, confidential client information, regulated personal information, health information, financial-account information, passwords, or other highly sensitive information to Ask AI-Leen or another AI-enabled feature unless Leadership-Link expressly authorizes that use and appropriate protections are in place.
8. Service Providers and Third-Party Services
Leadership-Link uses third parties to support portions of its website, programs, and business operations. Depending on the service, a provider may process personal information on Leadership-Link’s behalf or collect information directly under its own terms and privacy policy.
These providers may support website hosting and functionality, forms and registrations, communications, scheduling, learning delivery, assessments, AI-enabled services, cloud storage, customer management, payment processing, accounting, analytics, cybersecurity, fraud prevention, and professional or administrative services.
Leadership-Link’s website and services may also link to or integrate with independently operated third-party websites or services. Leadership-Link does not control their independent privacy practices.
9. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Leadership-Link and services integrated with our website may use cookies, local storage, server logs, or similar technologies as needed to operate website features, maintain security, prevent spam or abuse, remember preferences, understand traffic and usage, measure performance, or support forms, registrations, scheduling, or account functionality.
Most browsers allow users to block, limit, or delete cookies. Disabling cookies may prevent some website features from working properly. Where applicable law requires consent or an opt-out mechanism for a technology in use, Leadership-Link will provide the required choice.
10. Sale, Sharing, Targeted Advertising, and Privacy Preference Signals
Some privacy laws use terms such as sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling in specific ways. Leadership-Link will provide any disclosures or opt-out rights required by applicable law for activities in which it actually engages.
Where applicable law requires recognition of a legally valid opt-out preference signal, including Global Privacy Control where applicable, Leadership-Link will process qualifying signals as required by law. Legacy “Do Not Track” signals do not follow a single universally accepted standard.
11. Data Retention
Leadership-Link retains personal information for no longer than reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or for another legitimate and lawful business purpose. Specific client agreements or systems may establish different retention requirements.
Retention decisions may consider the type of information, the nature and duration of the client or participant relationship, program requirements, contractual obligations, accounting and transaction requirements, legal or regulatory obligations, security and fraud-prevention needs, dispute-resolution requirements, applicable statutes of limitation, and whether the information remains necessary to provide a requested service.
12. Information Security
Leadership-Link uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, misuse, loss, or destruction.
No website, network, electronic transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users should avoid submitting confidential or sensitive information through ordinary website forms, email, or other channels not specifically designated for that information.
13. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you reside, how you interact with Leadership-Link, and which laws apply, you may have rights concerning your personal information. These rights are not absolute and may be subject to legal exceptions.
Depending on applicable law, qualifying rights may include access, correction, deletion, portability, information about categories, sources, purposes, or recipients, withdrawal of consent, limits on certain uses of sensitive personal information, opt-out rights relating to regulated sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling, appeal rights, and protection from unlawful discrimination for exercising privacy rights.
We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity, residency, or authority before fulfilling a request. If information was collected in connection with services provided to your employer or another Leadership-Link client, we may need to direct the request to that organization or coordinate with it as required by the applicable relationship and law.
14. International Users
Leadership-Link is based in the United States. If foreign privacy law applies to a particular service or processing activity, Leadership-Link will address the applicable requirements for that activity.
15. Marketing Communications
Leadership-Link may send information about programs, workshops, services, events, learning resources, or related offerings where permitted by law. Marketing email recipients may unsubscribe using the mechanism provided in the communication or by contacting Leadership-Link.
Unsubscribing from marketing communications does not prevent administrative or transactional communications concerning a client engagement, program registration, account, purchase, scheduled meeting, or other requested service.
16. Children’s Privacy
Leadership-Link’s public website and services are intended primarily for adults, professionals, businesses, and organizational clients and are not directed to children under 13.
Leadership-Link does not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13 through its general public website. If we learn that such information was collected in circumstances in which it should not have been, we will take reasonable steps to address it.
17. Changes to This Privacy Policy
Leadership-Link may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in services, technology, business practices, vendors, or legal requirements. The Last Updated date will identify the most recent version. Where required by law, Leadership-Link will provide additional notice or obtain consent before a change materially affects how personal information is handled.
18. Contact Us
Questions, concerns, or privacy requests may be submitted through the Contact Us form at www.leadershiplink.com. Leadership-Link operates from Watertown, Massachusetts and Kissimmee, Florida.
We may request information reasonably necessary to verify identity, residency, or authority before completing certain privacy requests.
