Leadership-Link Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: August 30, 2026 | Last Updated: August 30, 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of www.leadershiplink.com and other Leadership-Link websites, online content, forms, registrations, digital resources, and services that link to these Terms.
Using the public website is subject to these Terms. Where a registration, purchase, account, subscription, digital service, or other transaction requires you to affirmatively accept these Terms, your acceptance also forms part of the agreement for that service. If you do not agree to applicable Terms, do not use the applicable website or service.
Client engagements, workshops, coaching, consulting, assessments, subscriptions, licenses, and other paid services may also be governed by a proposal, statement of work, order form, client agreement, license, or other written terms. If those terms conflict with these Terms, the engagement-specific agreement controls for that service.
1. About Leadership-Link
Leadership-Link provides leadership development, management development, team effectiveness, organizational development, coaching, consulting, assessments, workshops, and related digital learning and performance-support services. In these Terms, “Leadership-Link,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the Leadership-Link business responsible for the applicable website or service.
2. Use of the Website
You may use the website for lawful personal, professional, and business purposes consistent with these Terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for complying with laws and policies that apply to your use.
- Do not interfere with the operation or security of the website or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, data, or restricted areas.
- Do not introduce malware, malicious code, automated abuse, or scraping that materially burdens the service.
- Do not impersonate another person or organization, misrepresent your affiliation, or submit false or misleading information.
- Do not use website content or services in a way that infringes intellectual-property, privacy, confidentiality, publicity, or other rights.
- Do not use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harassing, or harmful activity.
3. Accounts and Access Credentials
Some Leadership-Link or affiliated digital services may require an account or access credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials issued to you and for activity through your account to the extent permitted by law.
Do not share credentials or provide access to another person unless the applicable service or client agreement permits it. Notify Leadership-Link or the applicable platform provider promptly if you believe an account or credential has been compromised.
4. Programs, Workshops, Coaching, and Consulting
Leadership-Link services are designed for professional development, learning, coaching, facilitation, and organizational-development purposes. Scope, schedule, fees, deliverables, participant requirements, cancellation terms, confidentiality obligations, and other engagement-specific terms are governed by the applicable proposal, statement of work, order form, client agreement, or written confirmation.
Website descriptions explain available programs and services but do not guarantee that a particular service, facilitator, schedule, format, feature, or outcome will be available unless confirmed in an applicable agreement.
5. Assessments and Participant Materials
Leadership-Link programs may incorporate proprietary materials and third-party tools such as Everything DiSC. Assessment content, reports, scoring systems, facilitator materials, trademarks, and related intellectual property may be owned by Leadership-Link or the applicable third-party provider and may be subject to additional license terms.
Assessment results and participant materials are intended for the purpose for which they are provided. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, reverse engineer, sell, sublicense, or use restricted assessment content except as expressly authorized.
Assessments and development tools are not medical, psychological, legal, or clinical diagnoses unless an applicable provider expressly states otherwise. They should be used within their intended professional-development context.
6. Digital Learning, Know2Grow, and Ask AI-Leen
Leadership-Link programs may include access to digital learning or performance-support services, including Know2Grow and Ask AI-Leen. Access may be subject to separate terms, licenses, acceptable-use requirements, privacy notices, or client agreements.
Ask AI-Leen is designed as a leadership coaching and learning-support resource. Its responses may be generated with artificial intelligence and should be treated as informational and developmental support, not as a substitute for professional judgment or qualified legal, medical, mental-health, tax, financial, employment-law, or other regulated advice.
AI-generated output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for a particular situation. Users remain responsible for decisions and actions taken based on the output and should verify material information before relying on it.
Do not submit trade secrets, highly confidential business information, regulated personal information, health information, financial-account information, passwords, or other highly sensitive information to an AI-enabled feature unless Leadership-Link expressly authorizes that use and appropriate protections are in place.
7. Intellectual Property
The website and Leadership-Link materials contain content and intellectual property owned by Leadership-Link, its affiliates, licensors, or third parties, including program materials, assessments, learning content, trademarks, and other protected works.
Unless an applicable agreement expressly grants additional rights, you receive only a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to access and use website content for its intended purpose. No ownership rights are transferred.
You may not copy, modify, reproduce, publish, distribute, sell, sublicense, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit protected content except as permitted by law or with written authorization from the rights holder.
8. User Submissions and Feedback
When you submit an inquiry, registration, request, or other content through the website, you represent that you have the right to provide it and that your submission does not violate law or another person’s rights. Leadership-Link may use voluntary feedback to improve its offerings, subject to applicable confidentiality, privacy, and intellectual-property obligations.
9. Purchases, Fees, Cancellations, and Refunds
If a product, registration, subscription, or service is offered for purchase through the website, the price and applicable transaction terms will be presented at the time of purchase or in the applicable agreement.
Cancellation, rescheduling, refund, renewal, and termination rights vary by service. The terms shown at purchase or stated in the applicable proposal, order form, client agreement, or other written terms control. Nothing in these Terms limits a nonwaivable right provided by applicable law.
10. Third-Party Services and Links
The website and Leadership-Link services may link to or integrate with independently operated third-party websites, assessment platforms, learning systems, payment providers, scheduling tools, video services, social-media services, AI providers, or other technologies. Your use of those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and Leadership-Link does not control their independent operations or practices.
11. Privacy
Leadership-Link’s collection and use of personal information through the website is described in the Leadership-Link Privacy Policy. Additional privacy terms may apply to a client engagement, assessment, digital platform, or affiliated service.
12. No Guaranteed Outcomes
Leadership development, coaching, team effectiveness, consulting, and learning outcomes depend on factors outside Leadership-Link’s control, including participation, organizational conditions, management support, implementation, decision-making, and follow-through.
Unless expressly stated in a written agreement, Leadership-Link does not guarantee a specific business, financial, performance, employment, behavioral, or organizational outcome from the website, programs, assessments, coaching, consulting, or digital services.
13. Availability, Suspension, and Changes
Leadership-Link may update, modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue public website content or features for operational, security, legal, misuse-prevention, or service reasons. We do not guarantee that every public website feature or digital resource will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or system.
Where continued access, suspension rights, termination rights, refunds, or service levels are part of a paid service or contractual commitment, the applicable agreement controls.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the public website and general website content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Leadership-Link does not make warranties about uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or the accuracy or completeness of general website content beyond warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Any warranties or service commitments expressly stated in a client agreement, order form, or other written contract remain subject to that agreement and are not displaced by this section.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Leadership-Link will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising solely from use of or inability to use the public website, including loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunity, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
Liability arising from a paid client engagement, licensed product, subscription, or other contracted service is governed by the applicable agreement. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
16. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, if your unlawful or unauthorized use of the public website causes a third-party claim against Leadership-Link, you agree to be responsible for losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs arising from that claim to the extent caused by your conduct. This section does not alter indemnification obligations contained in a separate client or commercial agreement.
17. Intellectual-Property Concerns
If you believe content available through a Leadership-Link website infringes intellectual-property rights that you own or are authorized to enforce, contact Leadership-Link through the website and provide enough information for us to identify the material and evaluate the concern.
18. Changes to These Terms
Leadership-Link may update these Terms to reflect changes in services, technology, business practices, or legal requirements. The Last Updated date will identify the most recent version.
If a change materially affects an existing paid service or contractual right, the applicable agreement and law determine whether additional notice, consent, or other action is required.
19. Severability and No Waiver
If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law. A failure by Leadership-Link to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later.
20. Entire Website Agreement and Contract Priority
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms expressly incorporated into a website feature or digital service, govern use of the public website.
For a client engagement, paid service, license, assessment, subscription, or other contracted offering, the applicable signed or accepted agreement, statement of work, order form, proposal, or service-specific terms take priority over these website Terms to the extent of any conflict.
21. Contact Us
Questions about these Terms may be submitted through the Contact Us form at www.leadershiplink.com. Leadership-Link operates from Watertown, Massachusetts and Kissimmee, Florida.
